At the southwest corner of Melrose Avenue and Ardmore, a strip mall made way for six stories of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The Albert Group designed the building for Ardmore Capital under the city's Transit Oriented Communities program.
Six units are set aside for extremely-low-income households. Residents have a rooftop deck, a fitness room and EV charging.
Our team led the lease-up after the building delivered in 2022.
