The Rinrose brought 100 studio, one- and two-bedroom units to East Pasadena, over 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and two levels of underground parking. Its sloped rooflines take their cue from the pitched roofs of the surrounding houses.
APPA Real Estate developed the building with Sundance Bay and Geolo Capital on a site first entitled by Bolour Associates. Residents have a pool, fitness center, co-working lounge, courtyards, rooftop decks and a dog park.
Our team led the lease-up for APPA as the building delivered in 2022.
