Stabilized within three months of delivery.
The Ridge stands on Riverside Drive at the edge of Griffith Park, on a former gas-station site that had to be remediated before construction could start. Its entitlements dated to 1991; Bolour Associates carried the project for twenty-five years before it opened.
A state density bonus lifted the building from 52 to 65 units, four of them affordable. Residents share a pool, a club room and rooftop decks.
Our team led the lease-up from delivery and brought the building to stabilization within three months. Bolour announced it fully leased in December 2021.
